Physical Penetration Testing

A client with government level business requested a physical penetration test of four facilities to assess their current security and safety provision and produce recommendations to enhavnce mitigation where necessary.  HTMA carried out numerous non-invasive (no damage caused) 'attacks' on each premises and opened remote offices in each, highlighting sigificant security concerns in the building perimeter security and access controls.  HTMA also provided written reports and verbal briefings highlighting prioritised areas of concern and a variety of secueity and safety measure recommendations.   

Remote Risk Management Support

 

A US based client with multiple offices in each continent approach HTMA to help them buid Safety & Security Policies and Procedures and a HQ Crisis Management Plan and Team, which would support the field offices at each location.  HTMA also provided site visits to review safety and security, produce a Security Plan and Incident Management Plan as well as provide staff training to build ther capacity for staff Duty of Care.  Thereafter, the client requested remote management and support for the growing number of Safety & Security Focal Points as well as an online training capability.
